Nikki is a Qualified Holistic Health Coach with a former background study in Pharmacy.
Having struggled with and overcome an unhealthy relationship with food, the mental misery associated with yo-yo dieting, and other major self-esteem issues, she decided to take a new approach to "wellness" and try to help others do the same! To achieve that goal, she started studying Holistic Nutrition and got graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
She now works one-on-one and in groups with clients to help them achieve their health and wellness goals while also helping them Find JOY in ALL areas of their life, including their relationships, career, spirituality, self-care and more.
In Nikki's practice getting healthy isn't about finding a quick fix; it's about building a sustainable lifestyle that supports you in all aspects of life.
My journey to a better lifestyle began eight years ago, when I chose to switch to a plant-based diet after realising that my previous diet was no longer serving me well.Since then I've developed a strong interest in health and wellbeing, and I will always be a student of nutrition, self-mastery, and genuine balance.
